1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Buildlane's website and purchasing our mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Buildlane offers a mentorship program designed to teach individuals how to build and scale a web design agency. The program is delivered through Whop.com and includes:

  • Access to recorded video modules
  • Educational content and resources
  • Systems, templates, and SOPs
  • Reward programs (subject to separate terms)

Access Tiers

The specific content and level of access you receive depends on your purchase tier, which may include:

  • Recorded Modules Only: Self-paced access to pre-recorded content
  • Mentorship Sessions: Group or cohort-based mentorship sessions
  • Direct Access: Limited availability for direct interaction with the program creator
  • Other tier-specific benefits as described at the time of purchase

Important Notice: Direct mentorship slots may have limited availability. Your purchase tier determines your level of access and interaction. All tier details will be communicated before purchase.

3. Account Registration and Platform Access

To access our program, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services

Platform Access

Program modules are hosted and delivered through Whop.com. Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials to the Whop platform where all course content is available. You agree to comply with Whop.com's terms of service in addition to these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • Dynamic Pricing: Pricing varies based on multiple factors including:

    • Type of access (recorded modules only vs. mentorship sessions)
    • Availability of direct access to the program creator
    • Current program offerings and cohort availability
    • Special promotions or early-bird discounts
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • The price you pay is determined at the time of your purchase and will be clearly displayed before checkout
  • Once purchased, your access is not affected by future price changes
  • Applicable taxes (GST or other local taxes) may be added at checkout

Payment Processing

  • Payment must be completed before access is granted
  • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.

5. Access and License

6. Download Limits

7. Intellectual Property

You receive only a license to use these materials as specified, not ownership.

8. Reward Program Terms

Eligibility

Participation in reward programs (Bali retreat, iPad giveaway, content kit) is subject to:

  • Completing required program milestones
  • Providing proof of achievements as requested
  • Meeting specific terms outlined in the reward program
  • Geographic and legal eligibility restrictions

No Guaranteed Rewards

  • Rewards are incentive-based and not guaranteed
  • "Chance to win" indicates competitive or lottery-style selection
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel reward programs
  • Rewards may be subject to availability and additional terms

Tax Responsibility

Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards received.

9. Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error

  • Changes to Whop's platform may affect how content is delivered
  • You may need to access Whop's support for platform-specific technical issues

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Whop platform is subject to Whop's privacy policy. We share only necessary information with Whop to provide you access to the program.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

17. Dispute Resolution
