1. What Buildlane is

Buildlane is a training brand operated by Vetcha Venkata Roopesh as an individual educator from India. There is no separate registered company entity behind this offering. We provide online training on positioning, offer construction, Meta advertising, sales conversations, and related business skills, along with access to a private community.

We do not sell business opportunities, franchise rights, "get rich quick" programs, or guaranteed income systems. Nothing on our website, in our training, or in our community constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that our training is appropriate for your business, location, and compliance obligations.

3. Purchases and access

When you purchase access to Buildlane, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our training and community for your own business education. Access details, including community invitations, are delivered after successful payment.

Current pricing is ₹6,000 + GST as a one-time payment for lifetime access, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices may change for future customers but will not retroactively affect completed purchases.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms and payment policies. All purchases are final.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee results, earnings, leads, clients, rankings, ad performance, or financial success. Examples, case studies, and student outcomes shared on our website or in our training illustrate what is possible — they are not promises of what you will achieve.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your skill, niche, offer, budget, market conditions, execution, and consistency. You accept full responsibility for decisions you make in your business and advertising accounts.

5. Advertising platform disclaimer

Our training may reference Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and related tools. Buildlane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other advertising or social media company.

You are solely responsible for complying with the policies, ad standards, and terms of any platform you use. Platform rules, costs, account approvals, and feature availability can change at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through Buildlane — including videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, branding, and community resources — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials
• Record, reproduce, or publicly publish our training
• Use our content to create a competing program or offer
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Limited sharing of your own implementation work for your business is permitted, but copying or distributing the core training itself is not.

7. Community standards

Access to our Skool community is included with purchase. You agree to participate respectfully and not to harass, spam, solicit members for unrelated offers, post illegal content, or share login credentials.

We may remove content or suspend access if these standards are violated, including where removal is due to misconduct.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your relationship with Buildlane
• Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website or community
• Use our materials to promote deceptive or misleading business practices

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetcha Venkata Roopesh, operating as Buildlane, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vetcha Venkata Roopesh, operating as Buildlane, from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your advertising activity, your business operations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through email or the community where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
